RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our Policy 

We sincerely hope that you love everything you order from us and your happiness is our number one priority. If you purchase anything from us that you don't absolutely love or is damaged, you may return it within 14 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept returns more than 14 days after you've received it. 

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging unopened. 

Return shipping is at buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.

 

Customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.

 

Recommended: We suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. Ninano USA is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery.

 

Please Note: All Sale and Promotional Items are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Warranties.


Bundle Returns/Refunds: To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle. Whatever discounted bundled items are not returned, we will convert into a full price purchase and the order will be refunded accordingly.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us if you need an exchange for defective or damaged items.
